Russell's Butchers is a family run butchery business that has been supplying high class home killed meats in Penkridge, Staffordshire since 1975. It is run by Lee Russell & Ray Quarry, who have both worked there since leaving school and subsequently took over from Lee's father Dennis, who had been a butcher all his life.

Ray & Lee pride themselves on supplying home killed meat with traditional values and modern techniques. Russell's Butchers' meats and produce are sourced locally, within a 30 mile radius, and can provide traditional cuts both on and off the bone.
